Mango and Orange Smoothie

When it’s winter outside, everyone needs a little bit of sunshine. This juice will make you think you are on a tropical island. It’s so fresh and delicious and full of goodness that it will definitely kick start your morning. Adding avocados to your smoothies and juices helps boost your good fats and bring a slightly nutty, creamier tatste to them.

Ingredients 

1 fresh mango

1 ripe avocado

1/2 orange

12g strawberries

10g chia seeds

200ml coconut water

Method

Peel both your mango and avocado and add to your food processor. Squeeze half your orange in, to get only the juice and add your strawberries and chia seeds. Pour in your coconut water and blend really well until smooth.
