This is such an easy quick lunch time recipe. You can use anything you have in the fridge. The are perfect for lunch boxes and goof on the go.
2 tortilla wraps
1 red pepper
3 Spring onions
Lightly soften pepper and onion in a frying pan. Set aside.
Place one of your tortilla wraps in the pan. Flipping until both sides are browned. Add all your ingredients to the pan and top with other tortilla.
Cook for 4-5 minutes until both tortillas are browned and cheese has melted.
