Strawberry Pancakes

  
It’s Saturday!!! and after a hard gym session these pancakes are so delicious and refuelling.
Ingredients

25g rolled oats

1 whole egg

1 egg white

10g chia seeds

100ml almond milk

5g strawberries

Method

Put all your ingredients and half of the strawberries  into a blender until thick.

Chop your remaining strawberries into small pieces and mix with a wooden spoon.

Heat a teaspoon of coconut oil in a frying pan.

Cook your pancakes for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Serve with tablespoon Greek yoghurt and squeeze of lemon.
