I’m on a total pasta binge these last few weeks and I am trying out new things. This one is so easy to make, from start to finish took me 20 minutes.
1 red pepper
4 spring onions
20g Gruyere cheese
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
Himalayan rock salt
Coarse black pepper
Bring a pot of waster to the boil and add your pasta. Cook for 10 minutes.
Lightly fry your pepper, Spring onion and mushroom until soft and add your Worcester sauce.
Drain your pasta and add your milk, stirring and bring to the boil. Tip in your vegetables and sauce. Gradually add your cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
