With the winter mornings coming in, a bowl of fulfilling warming porridge is perfect.
This one is topped with fruit and is so tasty it’s almost like a dessert.
20g rolled oats
150ml almond milk
5g dried apricots
1/2 apple grated
Mix your oats and milk together and microwave on a medium power for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 1 minute after cooking.
Top with your raisins and apricots and grated apple.
