This morning I wanted something fresh and fulfilling. I opted for this smoothie and some oat cakes with peanut butter.
2x ripe bananas
5g cashew nuts
5g porridge oats
2g chia seeds
1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
200ml coconut milk
Put all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend to break.
Smear peanut butter onto oatcakes and serve.
