Texas Chicken Drumsticks and Slaw

This is a perfect lunch or snack that is so easy to make. 


8x chicken drumsticks

1 teaspoon Olive oil

1 tablespoon BBQ sauce


Sea salt flakes

1/2 white cabbage

1 x carrot grated

1 red onion

1 green chilli

Chunk ginger

Sesame seeds

1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt


Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Put your chicken on a baking tray, sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Spread your BBQ sauce and pop in the oven for 20 minutes. Turn them over and cook for another 20 minutes until cooked through. 

Add your grated carrot, ginger, red onion, chilli and sliced cabbage into a bowl. Mix and add olive oil.

Add Greek yoghurt and sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
