Packed Bagel

I love exercise but I admit I haven’t been doing much since I got back from my holiday. After a full body cardio workout this morning this bagel for lunch was just what I was looking for.

Ingredients

1 bagel thin

Honey roast ham

Handful of spinach

Cream cheese

Balsamic glaze

1 x tomato

Method

Apply cream cheese to both sides of your bagel.

Rinse your spinach in water and dab with kitchen roll. Slice your tomato and add all your ingredients to your bagel, putting a light layer of balsamic over the top.
