Cacao-Nut Smoothie

Saturday mornings are either for relaxing or getting stuff done. This week I am getting stuff done so didn’t have time to cook up a storm in the kitchen. This smoothie is full of protein and healthy fats that gives me all the energy to get going!

Ingredients

10g rolled oats

15g chia

300ml almond milk

1 1/2 teaspoons raw cacao

1 teaspoon peanut butter

1 small banana

Handful of raspberries

Method

Mix alll your dry ingredients together and gradually add your milk. Whizz it all up in a blender until smooth. Top tip: soak your chia seeds in your milk 15 minutes before you add them to your smoothie, it helps soften them and releases more goodness.
