Get up and go Smoothie

This smoothie so so delicious it almost tastes like a mikshake but it has a slight zing that helps to wake you up. I love taking this smoothie in my to go cup and enjoying on the move. Let me know what you think.

Ingredients

10g porridge oats

10g chia seeds

200ml almond milk

1 avocado

5g blueberries 

5g raspberries

1teaspoon honey

1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt

1/2 lime juice

Method 

Soak your chia seeds in almond milk for around 15 minutes before hand. Add all your ingredients to a blender until smooth. TIP Add extra milk if it’s too thick.
