Reduced Carb Oats

This recipe is an adaption of a recipe by the Body Coach. I have altered by it to suit my taste. 


15g rolled oats

10g chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon raw cacao

250ml almond milk

1 teaspoon agave syrup


Put your oats, chia, cacao and syrup in a bowl. Add your milk and stir well. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes at least and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes. This recipe can be used to make overnight oats which are perfect to eat cold on the go.
