These new bagel thins from Warburtons are my new favourite. With only 130 calories of such deliciousness they make you feel naughty but you’re being guilt free. You can load them with anything you fancy. Today I went for a wholemeal seeded bagel with tuna
1 tin tuna
1 tin sweetcorn
1/2 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
These bagels are already sliced which makes life much easier.
Mix your tuna, sweet corn and yoghurt together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper if you wish.
Add lettuce to your bagel and top with the tuna.
Slice mozzarella and add to the top.
Perfect for after workouts or lunch on a workout day. Chop and change with fillings and different types of bagel.
