I admit I don’t eat enough red meat and when it’s this easy I really don’t know why. This is perfect for rest days and in between work goods. Full of good fats and veg.
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 chunk ginger
Take your steaks and batter them slightly, I use a mallet but you could use a rolling pin. Then season with pepper and paprika massaging the flavours in. Stick under the girl for 4-5 minutes on a medium heat.
Meanwhile add your veg to a wok, season with pepper and add the soy sauce. Stir fry on a medium heat for 4 minutes until all your veg is coated but still crispy.
Remove your steaks from the grill and serve
