Scrambled Saturdays

This morning bowl of goodness is scrambled eggs with tomato. Sets you up for the day in a healthy way.

Ingredients

2 large eggs

100ml milk

salt and pepper

tomato

Method

Beat the eggs and milk together adding the salt and pepper.

Put the eggs in the microwave on a low watt for 2-3 minutes until your eggs are light and fluffy.

Chop the tomato and serve.
