Winter season is coming and its this time where people are getting colds and flus. I have this every morning it helps to cleanse your system and prevent lots of nasty bugs.

Ingredients

lemon

ginger

honey

hot water

Method

Add 1 teaspoon honey to your mug and squeeze a segment of lemon and grate some ginger.

Add the hot water and sip.

Try this before you eat your breakfast for the full benefits.
