Stir Fry Thursday’s

It’s nearly the weekend! Stir frys are one of my favourite things to make. You can pack them with veg and any meat of your choice.


2x chicken breasts

1 chilli

spring onions

baby corn


sugar snap peas

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon soy sauce

black peopercorns

2x wholegrain noodle nests

1 teaspoon coconut oil


Cook your chicken in the coconut oil in a wok. Chop your chilli and spring onions finely and add.

Boil a pan of water and cook the noodles for 4 minutes.

Chop the rest of your vegetables and add to the wok. Add your peppercorns, oyster sauce  and soy sauce. Keeping the wok on a medium heat.

Drain your noodles and serve.
