Banana Nice Cream and Nutella

There is nothing better than a big bowl of ice cream when cozying up to watch a movie. This Nice cream and Nutella will please your taste buds and your waist line. It’s so easy to make and will make everyone come screaming for more. I used banana but you could substitute for any other fruit or leave it plain if you wish. Let me know what you guys think!

Nice cream

2 bananas

100ml almond milk

250g plain Greek yoghurt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence 


Put the bananas and yoghurt in a food processor and blend well. Add the almond milk and the vanilla essence and mix for 2-3 minutes until smooth. 

Freeze overnight.


250g hazelnuts

3 teaspoons melted coconut oil

2 tablespoons raw cacao

3 tablespoons maple syrup

150ml water


Bake the hazelnuts in the oven at 160 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Take out and allow to cool. 

Put them into a food processor and add the raw cacao. Blend until fine. Add the syrup and the coconut oil and keep mixing. Gradually add the water and mix to make a thick paste.

Take the nice cream out the freezer 10 minutes before serving.

Pour your Nutella onto your nice cream and sprinkle with some chia seeds to serve.
